Spade Aide Sentenced
"Skippy" Malloy, a 30 year old former assistant to funny man David Spade, pled guilty in a Beverly Hills courtroom to attacking the "Just Shoot Me" star with a stun gun last November. David Warren Malloy was ordered to serve five years probation and do 480 hours of community service and to stay away from Spade. Shortly after the attack, the 36 year old actor referred to Malloy as a good friend of five years who was "obviously mentally troubled."
